What once was an auto repair shop will now be a mixed use residential space with apartments over retail space.

All Steel Mid-Rise's involvement in the design and engineering phase meant that despite project changes the project was able to maintain the pre-construction schedule. The integration of All Steel Load bearing Structural Wall Panels means that projects exceed schedule for a quicker return on investment. Situated just 10 miles from downtown Columbus, the “world’s first crowdfunded craft beer hotel” is now under construction in Canal Winchester, Ohio. The 3-story, 50-room hotel will be the first of its kind with rooms overlooking brewing facilities and beer coolers in every shower (yes, shower); completely immersing guest in the craft beer atmosphere.

The Short North, ideally positioned between The Ohio State University campus district and the city’s central business district, continues to be one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Columbus. Formally White Castle restaurant #13, The Castle will be the newest high-end addition to Columbus' Short North Arts District. The building is six stories tall along High Street and eight stories tall in a section set away from the street, with neighboring buildings bounding the space on two sides.

The AC Hotel by Marriott is a brand new premier hotel located in the heart of Dublin, Ohio. The AC Hotel is the featured cornerstone of the Bridge Park Development and will be a hub for entertainment and local flare. The hotel features floor to ceiling windows and a rooftop bar. This 8-story magnificent structure provides a spectacular view of the Scioto River and surrounding area.

All Steel’s scope of work consists of using light gauge steel bearing panels, and incorporating our proprietary T44 flooring system, which weighs 44 psf. With the use of Hilti Total Station, we could quickly layout each floor. Panels were manufactured off-site and stacked on trailers in order of installation sequence, floor joists were bundled per unit, allowing the crane to pick the corresponding bundles and place the joists directly on the walls, minimizing our material handling. All Corridor decking was precut ahead of time for easy installation and all pour stops were pre-installed on the panels for concrete pour.
