As an inventor on multiple construction materials, Mike holds several patents for construction materials, construction equipment and methods of installation. His passion for the industry is derived from what he likes to call the the landmark factor, knowing that projects he has worked on will be there for future generations to see and appreciate.
Mike’s daily responsibilities include executing projects and ensuring they perform to budget and schedule, as well as communication relations between the GC/CM and owner/developer. Mike holds overall company oversight for specific projects and provides direct support to the General Manager and Director of Pre-Construction/Engineering and Design.
Outside of work, you can find Mike spending time skateboarding and hiking with his wife and four sons.

The buildings housed the athletes of the 2011 All Africa Games, and were then sold to locals after the games concluded.
As a Project Manager, Josh is involved in pre-construction/project coordination all the way through construction completion. Josh enjoys the design and coordination process and immediate satisfaction once the building is completed.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his girlfriend attending sporting events and nights out on the town. He shares his enthusiasm of building with their daughter, playing play-doh, board games and doing crafts. He also enjoys playing basketball with his son, attending his band shows and watching him compete at robotics competitions.
