The buildings housed the athletes of the 2011 All Africa Games, and were then sold to locals after the games concluded.

As a Project Manager, Josh is involved in pre-construction/project coordination all the way through construction completion. Josh enjoys the design and coordination process and immediate satisfaction once the building is completed.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his girlfriend attending sporting events and nights out on the town. He shares his enthusiasm of building with their daughter, playing play-doh, board games and doing crafts. He also enjoys playing basketball with his son, attending his band shows and watching him compete at robotics competitions.
